We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. As the scheduled treatments are reserved specially for you, in the event of nos show or missed appointment, one session of the treatment booked will be deducted from your package.

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, will full charges applied, so as not to inconvenient other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointment.
